Champions of Perpetual Success (COPS) services include: 1) assisting children in receiving support and guidance from a mentor; 2) improving academic performance of our children; 3) improving interpersonal relationships between the children and their peers, teachers, other adults, and family members; 4) reducing the dropout rate of children; and 5) reducing juvenile delinquency and involvement in gangs.
